The Unicorn Tavern from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
Table worker: meet at 12:30pm at Third Coast Recording for instruction meeting. Sell raffle tickets and hand out door prize ticket sheets at your volunteer table. Provide information and directions to attendees.
Set up crew: meet at 10:00am at Third Coast Recording. Deliver and set up canopies at host sites. Deliver and set up canopies, tables and chairs at volunteer tables on Beechtree Street. Deliver door prize buckets to host sites.
Take down crew: start at 5:00pm at assigned locations. Pick up canopies, tables and chairs from host sites and volunteer tables. Pick up door prize buckets from host sites.
